ONE DISH CASSEROLE 
5 potatoes
5 carrots
1/2 onion
1 sausage (fresh or smoked)
2 beef bouillon cubes
Cabbage

Cut up potatoes, layer carrots, onions, cabbage. Add sausage on top. Add about 1/3 of the potato water and 2 beef bouillon cubes. Bake at 350 degrees until all is tender.
