ANGELA'S CASSEROLE DISH 
1 c. water
2 c. Minute Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 lg. onion

Saute diced onion in butter. Mix in casserole dish: diced cheese, uncooked minute rice, soup, cooked broccoli, onion, butter and water. Mix well, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
