WIENER SCHNITZEL 
1 can dinner cuts
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 lg. lemon, sliced
Salt to taste

Dip cuts in flour; then dip in a mixture of cheese, 2 tablespoons flour, egg, parsley, nutmeg and milk. Cook over low heat in butter until darkened.
