VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can early spring peas, drained
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
7 or 8 green onions with tops, chopped
Sm. jar diced pimentos

MARINADE:

2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine marinade ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool; pour over mixed vegetables and set in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
