EASY BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. honey
1 beaten egg
2 to 3 ripe bananas
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour (or 1/2 c. whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 c.
white)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Blend liquids, egg and bananas. Add butter. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into lined loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Or pour into 12 to 20 greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
