SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
8 c. cabbage
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. Velveeta

Cook cabbage until tender in salt water. Drain, then mix with cooked sauce.

SAUCE: Mix flour, butter and milk. Melt in Velveeta. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
