BEEF TOMATO & CABBAGE SCALLOP 
2 tbsp. fat
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. celery
4 c. cabbage
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs

Brown beef, onions and celery. In baking dish, place layers of meat, cabbage, then tomatoes. Top with bread crumbs, cover and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
