SUZIE'S SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage, cooked & drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Colby cheese, shredded
butter
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos
Salt & pepper
1 can each Campbell's cream of chicken & mushroom soup
1 can of milk
Cracker crumbs

Grease 9" x 13 1/2" casserole dish. Layer cabbage with crackers and dots of butter. Make sauce of both soups, 1 can milk, shredded cheese, pimientos and 1 large tablespoon butter. Top cabbage with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until very hot, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
