1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. minced parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/4 c. catsup
3 green pepper rings

Combine first 3 ingredients, stir well. Add cracker crumbs, next 7 ingredients, stir well. Shape into a 9x6 inch loaf and place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan. Spread top and sides with catsup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Top with green peppers. 8 servings.
