TOASTED CINNAMON STICKS 
1 loaf bread (unsliced)
3/4 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
Cinnamon sugar, as desired
1/2 c. butter, melted

Cut bread into 1 inch thick slices. Cut each slice into 3 sticks. Dip each stick into the evaporated milk. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Brush with melted butter. Place on a wire rack in a shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Excellent served with coffee.
