CREAMED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 - 5 chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup

Brown chicken. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Cooked noodles or rice or vegetables may be added.
