CREAMED BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker creamed potatoes
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 c. milk
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix potatoes, sauce mix, chicken, milk, water, salt, pepper and broccoli. Spread evenly in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 55 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 1 minute more. 6 servings.
