SOUR CREAM CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, boiled, de-boned, skinned & cut in sm. pieces
1 doz. tortillas, halved & dipped in hot oil

SAUCE:

1 bunch green onions
1 lg. can Ortega chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. Jack cheese, grated

Put a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Layer half of tortillas, spread with chicken, pour 2/3 of sauce over the chicken and 3/4 of the cheese. Top with the remaining tortillas, sauce, cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
