CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. bell pepper
1 med. onion
2-3 med. size carrots
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. 7-up
1/4 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Put the cabbage, carrots and onion through food processor on grate. Using grate attachment, chop the bell pepper using the double blade of food processor. Place all into a large mixing bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients, stir and mix well. Place in a covered dish in the refrigerator until serving time. Salt and pepper to taste if you like.
