CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. raw rice
Chinese noodles

Brown chuck, onion and celery. Add soups and 1 can warm water, soy sauce, pepper and rice.

Put into 2 quart greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and top with Chinese noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
