1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients and place in loaf pan. Lay 2 strips of bacon on top. Put in oven that has been preheated to 500 degrees. Turn down heat to 375 degrees and bake approximately 1 hour.
