POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 c. crushed Better Made potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla very lightly. Add flour. Fold in crushed potato chips. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes--no longer. Watch the oven. Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. (I use my flour sifter to sprinkle the powdered sugar.) Makes between 75 and 80 cookies.
