POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
5 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. minced chives or 1/2 tsp. instant onion flakes

Combine softened cheese and hot potatoes, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Beat thoroughly and turn into buttered (1 1/2 quart) casserole. Brush top with melted butter and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
