SUPER EASY MICROWAVE POTATOES AU
GRATIN
 
1 lb. peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 1/2 cups milk
salt and pepper, to taste

Place potato slices across an 8x8-inch square casserole dish. Cover with a light dusting of flour followed by garlic, onion, Italian seasonings, and cheese to cover all the potatoes. Repeat until all ingredients are used (about 3 layers) and cheese should be on top.

Cut butter into small pats and place evenly across top. Pour milk over entire top making sure all gets dampened.

Cover and place in microwave for 7 minutes. Uncover and stir. Microwave another 5 minutes.
