CHICKEN BALL 
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese, soften
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter, melt
2 (4 oz.) cans chicken spread, Underwood or Hormel
3/4 c. ground nuts

Mix all ingredients except nuts. Form into ball and roll into nuts. Refrigerate.
