MEXI-CORN BREAD 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 can mexi-corn, drained
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add extra milk if needed to make a smooth batter. Pour into well greased oblong pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve hot.
