4-5 med. to large sweet potatoes
1/2 - 1 c. sugar
1/4 - 1/2 c. oil

Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Place in large skillet and add oil (enough to cover bottom of pan). Add sugar on top as it is cooking (may need to add more). Let cook on medium for approximately 25-30 minutes or less till potatoes are soft and turning brown.
