ARTICHOKE JALAPENO DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapenos
1/2 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup dairy sour cream

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dairy sour cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir just until combined.

Bake at 400°F in a small casserole dish for about 20 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips, wheat crackers or sourdough bread.
