PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
BREAD
 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. (6 tbsp.) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chunk peanut butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat peanut butter, sugar, eggs. Add buttermilk, then stir in chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes in 5-mini loaf pans.
