PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) butter
1/2 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

FROSTING:

1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (I use peanuts)
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl mix flour, sugar, soda and salt. In saucepan combine oil, butter, peanut butter and water; bring to boil. Pour hot peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; mix well.

Pour into 12"x18" sheet cake pan. Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare frosting. In saucepan combine peanut butter, milk, butter and vanilla. Add nuts and confectioners' sugar; beat well. Frost top of warm cake.
