PINEAPPLE CHIFFON 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pkg. orange pineapple Jello
Angel food cake

Combine 4 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and crushed pineapple (undrained). Cook until thick; stirring constantly. Add 1/2 package orange-pineapple Jello, mixing until dissolved. Cool. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, add 1/4 cup sugar and continue beating. Fold in pineapple mixture.

Line bottom of 13"x9" cake pan with thin slices of angel food cake, cover with half of pineapple mixture. Arrange another layer of cake slices and cover with remaining mixture. Chill.
