BLENDER MAYONNAISE 
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)

Put all but oil and lemon juice in blender container; blend until mixed. With blender running slowly, gradually pour half salad oil in. Add lemon juice of and slowly pour remainder of oil in with blender running. Serves 1-1/4 cup.
