PIROGI DOUGH 
2 c. flour
1 whole egg + 1 yolk
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. butter

Mix ingredients and knead into a soft pliable dough. Roll thin on board, cut out rounds with doughnut cutter. Place a small spoonful of filling in center of rounds. Fold rounds and pinch together. Boil carefully in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes. Lift from water, drain and dip in melted butter.
