PIZZA PASTA 
4 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. (1.5 oz.) spaghetti sauce seasoning blend
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. mostacioli, cooked & drained
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese

In a large skillet, brown pepperoni; drain fat. Add green pepper, onion and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce seasoning, tomato paste, water and oil; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add cooked mostacioli; blend well. Pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
