LIGHT PITA BREAD CHICKEN | |
1/4 cup chopped skimmed Mozzarella 1/2 tbsp. diet salt 1/2 tbsp. oregano 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 2 grilled chicken breasts (made with no fattening oils) Grill two chicken breasts with only diet salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Meanwhile, put the chopped Mozzarella on top of the pita bread with all the ingredients except for the chicken. When pita bread has all the ingredients put under the broiler for 2 minutes or until the Mozzarella is melted and the pita is toasted. Take out the pita bread and put it in a plate. When chicken breasts are ready cut them in little pieces and put them on top of the pita bread. Ready to eat! Submitted by: Maria B. |
