MEXICAN TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger - fried, drained, cooled
1 reg. size can kidney beans, drained
Appox. 1/3 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 ripe avocado, diced
4 tomatoes, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 bag taco cheese flavored taco chips
8 oz. French dressing

You can make this a few hours ahead of time and toss at the last minute. Pour French dressing on and toss just before you eat.
