PIZZA BURGERS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper
12 oz. tomato paste
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt (to taste)

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Chop onion and pepper; cook with beef until tender. Add tomato paste and 1/2 can of water. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook on low heat for 2 hours. Cool completely. Cube Velveeta cheese and fold into meat mixture. Spread on buns and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place on foil-lined baking sheets and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
