ITALIAN COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
5 c. flour or more
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange juice

FROSTING:

1 tbsp. butter
1 box confectionery sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Sugar crystals

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Place on greased cookie sheet approximately 1 tablespoon each portion. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool.

For Frosting: Heat butter in milk, add sugar and vanilla. Beat well and spread on cookies. Sprinkle with colored sugar.
