BEEF ROLL-UPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
Morton Nature's Seasoning
1 can beef gravy
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

PASTRY:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk

Brown ground beef and vegetables and season with Nature's Seasoning. Drain off grease, add 1/2 canned gravy. Let cool while preparing pastry.

Sift flour, salt and baking powder in bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Add enough milk to make soft dough. Turn onto floured surface and knead lightly. Roll into oblong shape about 10x14.

Spread meat mixture over dough to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Roll up jelly roll fashion pressing edges well together. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 400 degrees 30 minutes. Serve with remaining gravy poured over individual slices.
