PECAN TASSIES 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour

Blend at room temperature. Chill slightly 1 hour. Shape in 1 inch balls. Place in tiny muffin cups. Press bottom and sides.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. pecans, chopped

Spoon in cream cheese crusts. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
