CROCK POT VEGETABLE SOUP 
Beef, veal, oxtail
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 sliced carrots
3 sliced celery and tops
2 med. onions
2 med. potatoes, sliced
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
4 peppercorns
3 bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas or limas

Place all ingredients in crock pot. High - 6 hours; low - 12-24 hours.
