MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. hot or cold mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) French fried onions

Mash potatoes in large bowl with mixer. Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour. Beat medium speed until mixed then high speed until fluffy. Add salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 13 square pan or baking dish. Put French fried onions on top.

Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
