2 egg whites
2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 c. pecan halves

Beat whites until stiff. Add sugar, a little at a time. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
