1 in. square sirloin beef tips (approximately 6 to person) 1/2 c. burgundy wine 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. corn oil 2 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar Marinate beef 2 hours or overnight in sauce. Cook small potatoes and onions until almost done. Alternate beef, potatoes, onions, green peppers on skewers. Broil on grill; baste frequently. Heat 1/2 sauce for dipping. |
