DUTCH OVEN DINNER 
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
8 oz. medium wide noodles
1 c. grated American cheese

Heat fat in Dutch Oven. Add beef and cook stirring about 10 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, corn and mushrooms. Top with uncooked noodles. Sprinkle with cheese and pour tomatoes over all. Cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with grated Parmesan. Makes 8 servings.
