ITALIAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
Lawry's all-season salt
1 tbsp. butter
Italian dressing
Dash of lemon juice

Take thawed chicken breast and put in microwave proof dish. Sprinkle Lawry's season salt on both sides of breasts. Bake on high for 12 minutes. Take butter and smooth over breasts. Sprinkle Lawry's season salt over chicken breasts again. Turn breasts over. Lightly squirt or pour Italian dressing over chicken breast along with lemon juice. Repeat, baking 12 minutes on high. Repeat as necessary.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
