CHICKEN MARGARETTA 
chicken pieces
1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 to 3/4 soup can clear dry wine (Sauterne)

Mix last 4 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay chicken pieces on top. Dot with butter on each piece of chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
