CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh backfin crabmeat
4 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 slices bread crumbs, soaked in water
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix the above ingredients well, except for the cheese. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
