AUSTRIAN TWISTS 
2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream

Sprinkle yeast over flour, then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Wrap ball of dough in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

FILLING (Sugar Mix) :

1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Divide dough and sugar mix into 4 equal parts. Put 1/4 sugar mix on bread board and take 1/4 of dough and roll into 8 inch diameter circle, turning dough over and over until all the sugar is absorbed. Cut the circle in 16 wedges. Roll each wedge, starting with the large end and rolling towards the point. Repeat for remaining dough and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees on slightly greased baking sheets for 15 minutes. Place immediately on racks to cool. (Unbaked rolls freeze very well.)
