BACON - WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS 
5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
Granulated sugar
6 slices bacon

Marinate chestnuts in soy sauce, about 1 hour. Roll in sugar, coating well. Cut each bacon slice in thirds. Wrap chestnut in bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until juices caramelize and bacon browns. Serve warm in chafing dish.
