AUNT EMMA'S CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. fresh crab meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. dry bread crumbs or crackers
Shake or two of Worcestershire sauce

Mix all other ingredients, add crab meat last. Make into pattys and fry in butter until lightly brown.
