BABE RUTH BARS 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
7 c. corn flakes
1 c. Spanish peanuts

Bring sugar and syrup to boiling point and let boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter, stirring until blended. Pour over corn flakes and peanuts. Mix well and press into greased bar pan.

FROSTING:

Melt 1 large package chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 tablespoons butter. Melt over low heat. Spread over bars and cool.
