MOCK BABY RUTH BARS 
4 c. oatmeal
2/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter

Mix butter, brown sugar, syrup and peanut butter. Add oatmeal and mix well. Press into a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. chocolate chips, melted
1 c. butterscotch chips, melted
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. peanuts, chopped

Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Add the peanut butter and chopped nuts to the chips and mix well. Spread over the baked layer. Let stand for 8 hours before cutting.
