YUMMY HOTDOG DELIGHT | |
1 pkg. hotdogs (beef, chicken or turkey) 2 cans white potatoes (drained) 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1/2 tbsp. onion salt 2/3 c. mayonnaise (preferably low fat) 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese In large skillet, cut up hotdogs and small potatoes into small bite-size pieces and fry up with the salts and Worcestershire sauce. When good and brown, mix in the mayonnaise and sour cream and turn to low heat. After all is mixed in real good, mix in the cheese until melted and serve immediately. Do not let it sit too long or cook too long as the mayonnaise and cheese will turn oily. You can substitute ham chunks for the hotdogs if you like. This is Jarrods favorite and he helps make it all the time. |
