HOT WINGS | |
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (I prefer 24 pkg., but 12-15 is okay) First add: 1/4 c. Tabasco sauce Cayenne pepper to taste 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry. Deep fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes; or until completely cooked and crispy; drain. Combine Tabasco sauce, butter and Worcestershire sauce to coat completely. This is for the 12 to 15. For crispier wings, bake on a rack or in a roasting pan at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Turn half way through cooking time. Makes 24 to 30 pieces. Serving Suggestion: Celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dip. |
